Challenge
When Eppow partnered with Make Thrive, the startup had already established itself as a significant player in the healthcare staffing market. However, they sought to differentiate themselves from traditional staffing companies – emphasizing that they were not in fact a staffing firm at all, but rather a meeting place and enabler. In an industry where most competitors appeared indistinguishable, Eppow aimed to break the mold and position themselves as something entirely different.
Solution
Make Thrive helped Eppow establish a strong foundation for their brand—developing a strategy that not only set them apart from competitors but also clearly communicated their position and message. The brand platform built on/tar avstamp i the personality and position “the liberator” and the purpose of “liberate healthcare from staffing acgency dependency.” It was a call to arms intending to break through the noise and to make clear that Eppow is fundamentally different from others in the field. Supporting the strategy were four key brand pillars: Patient first, Fair play, Better care and Love work. Together, these elements defined the strategic direction for future communications and an updated visual identity – one that captured Eppow’s rebellious yet caring spirit. The new brand officially launched in October 2022, introducing a refreshed market position, a new visual identity and tonality and an updated website.
